How can therapy help?
Counselling can help you:
-
Gain a clearer mind and improved wellbeing by feeling calmer and no longer weighed down.
-
Build more fulfilling and harmonious connections by gaining a deeper understanding of your relationship patterns and making healthier choices.
-
Feel better understood, respected, and valued by improving how you express your needs, emotions, and boundaries - reducing misunderstandings and conflicts.
My approach to therapy is relational, offering warmth, empathy and acceptance to build a trusting alliance, where I will listen and support you. Together we can explore the issues causing you distress and uncover your way forward.
About Me
Alongside my IT career, over 28 years in the airline industry, I’ve navigated motherhood, divorce, parenting, a blended family, caring for loved ones with acute health conditions and loss, giving me deep insight into life's challenges.
Coming from a background where emotions weren’t openly discussed, I initially chose a logical, structured career. Over time, I found myself drawn to the human side of work - supporting people in complex situations. Now, as a therapist, I bring both real-world experience and deep empathy to my practice.
